About Kollman Oaks
Kollman Oaks sits a little over a mile north-northwest of the courthouse, along Kollman Drive, Oak Lane, Acorn Road and the north end of Avenue M. It was platted in several units, and homes went up over a long stretch: listings on Kollman Drive show houses built in 1986 and 1987, with newer homes added in the early 2000s.
