Our Process
What happens from the moment you call to the day the equipment leaves.
- 1
Call & assess
We answer 24/7, ask what happened and talk you through shutting off water and power safely.
- 2
Extract
Standing water comes out first with equipment matched to the flooring and the size of the loss.
- 3
Dry & monitor
Dehumidifiers and air movers run, with moisture readings logged daily until materials are dry.
- 4
Document
Photos, moisture maps and equipment logs go to you and your insurer so the claim is clear.
1. The call
A person answers, day or night. We ask what happened, where the water is coming from, whether it is still running, and whether anyone is at risk. We walk you through shutting off the water and power, and give you an honest arrival window.
2. Inspection and scope
On site, we find the source and map the moisture with meters and thermal imaging. We classify the water (clean, grey or sewage) and the extent of the wetting, and explain what can be dried in place and what has to come out. You get the scope before work starts.
Water damage right now?
Live answer 24 hours a day. Crews dispatched across Hondo and Medina County.
3. Extraction and removal
Standing water is extracted first. Materials that cannot be saved, like sewage-soaked carpet or delaminated particle board, are removed and documented. Contents are moved, blocked or packed out.
4. Structural drying
Dehumidifiers and air movers are placed based on the wet area and materials, following the IICRC S500 standard. Where needed, we open baseboards or drill small holes to dry wall cavities without tearing them out.
5. Daily monitoring
We take readings every day from the same marked points and adjust equipment. Drying ends when readings match unaffected materials, not on a fixed schedule.
6. Documentation and handoff
You get photos, moisture logs and a record of the work. That goes to your insurer and to whoever does the rebuild.
